Product arrival and receipt

Upon receiving your product, please check its condition immediately. If there is any problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.

※ For bank transfers, shipping will be made after payment confirmation.

※ Shipments are only made on Mondays. Orders and payments made on days other than Monday will be shipped the following Monday.

※ Due to the nature of used clothing, there may be signs of wear and age-related changes. Please check the product description and photos for details.

※ As stock is limited to one item, please understand if an item is sold out.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please read the following policy after understanding the nature of used clothing.

🚚 Free Shipping Threshold: Over ¥3,000

Shipping charges apply to orders under ¥3,000. Return shipping costs vary depending on the policy.

✅ Cases where returns/exchanges are accepted

  • If the product significantly differs from the description/photos
  • If there is damage/staining due to our fault
  • If the wrong product was delivered (incorrect shipment)

❌ Cases where returns/exchanges are not accepted

  • Signs of use/age-related changes inherent to used clothing (already noted in the product description)
  • Returns due to customer's convenience (e.g., wrong size, different from image)
  • If more than 8 days have passed since product arrival
  • Products with tags removed or used products
  • Damage/staining caused by the customer

※ If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact info@re-usetokyo.com within 7 days of product arrival.

※ In case of returns/exchanges due to our fault, we will bear the return shipping cost.
